About Us

Hello! I am Julia and I am the owner and operator at Market Street Rentals. I was born and raised right here, on the Eastern Shore in Denton, Maryland. I have been in the property management business for over 7 years. Having this background, along with having my own rentals, has given me the insight in the market and skills to provide property owners with as much of a hands-off experience as desired.

I worked for a local property management company until 2019, when I decided to take a leap and go out on my own. After having my third baby and completing my family in 2020, I was determined to take the plunge and expand my network.

My goal with Market Street Rentals is to provide both landowners and tenants with management services that are headache-free. I promise to make sure to communicate promptly and effectively, keep transparent bookkeeping, keep your property legally compliant, and always treat your rental as my own. I will verify that repairs and maintenance on your property is done timely and is cost effective. I will work diligently to place qualified tenants, while also keeping up to date on legal requirements and act as your agent if needed in court.

Away from my desk, I am a wife and mother of 3. My husband and I work hard so we can play hard! We love watching the kids play sports and show them all the good things this world has to offer.
