You will be able to request repairs and track the status. Communication is easy and logged for all parties to see. I’m eager to find a rental property that fits you!
To Our Owners
My aim is to treat every property as I would my own, while giving you access and oversight. All the aspects of your rental property are accessible online, from start to finish. Once you are in our network, I will advertise your property and screen tenants for placement until we find to right fit. You will be able obtain records from any device. Our cloud-based system allows you to view all financial reports, important documents and streamline all communication. This gives you confidence in knowing what’s going on with each aspect of your properties. You can even enjoy getting your payments paperless with direct deposit. Should the need arise for an eviction, as your agent, I will handle all legal documentation, court appearances and removal of tenant belongings. A large portion of the Real estate commission’s nearly 900 complaints every year are due to property manager misconduct.
